Note: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and ROW Security ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Services Description

ROW Security provides private security and bodyguard services including but not limited to:

  • Personal protection and bodyguard services
  • Corporate security solutions
  • Event security planning and execution
  • VIP and executive protection
  • Risk assessment and surveillance
  • Security consultation services

All services are subject to availability and require a signed service agreement. Specific terms, conditions, and pricing for each service will be detailed in individual service contracts.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and current information when engaging our services. This includes personal details, contact information, and any relevant security concerns or requirements.

3.2 Compliance with Laws

Clients agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. ROW Security personnel will not participate in or facilitate any illegal activities.

3.3 Cooperation

Clients agree to cooperate with ROW Security personnel and follow reasonable instructions related to security protocols and procedures.

4. Fees and Payment

All services require payment as specified in the individual service agreement. General payment terms include:

  • A deposit may be required before services commence
  • Payment schedules will be outlined in the service contract
  • Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services
  • All fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes
  • Certain expenses (travel, accommodation, etc.) may be billed separately

5. Confidentiality

ROW Security maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information, security arrangements, and any sensitive details disclosed during service provision. We agree to:

  1. Protect all client information from unauthorized disclosure
  2. Use client information only for the purpose of providing security services
  3. Maintain confidentiality even after the service relationship ends

Clients also agree to maintain the confidentiality of security protocols and personnel details disclosed by ROW Security.

6. Limitations of Liability

While ROW Security takes all reasonable precautions to ensure client safety, we cannot guarantee absolute security or prevent all potential threats. Our liability is limited as follows:

  • ROW Security is not liable for events beyond our reasonable control
  • Liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages
  • Clients assume certain inherent risks when engaging security services

Important: ROW Security personnel are trained to assess situations and respond appropriately, but we cannot guarantee prevention of all security incidents. Our services are designed to mitigate risk, not eliminate it entirely.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the terms specified in the service agreement. General termination conditions include:

  • Client may terminate with notice as specified in the contract
  • ROW Security may terminate for non-payment, safety concerns, or client breach of agreement
  • Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due
  • Confidentiality obligations survive termination

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ROW Security website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.

10. Changes to Terms

ROW Security reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes on our website or via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
